What stood out from day one was that they didn't just nod along and start building. They asked the right questions, pushed back on a couple of our ideas where they felt the UX would suffer, and honestly that back-and-forth made the final product much better.

The development process was fairly smooth. There were a couple of rounds where we asked for changes mid-way — partly our fault for evolving requirements — and the team accommodated without making it a whole drama. Communication was consistent, we always knew where things stood, and they delivered close to the timelines we agreed on.

Budget-wise, they were upfront from the start. No surprise invoices halfway through, which in my experience is rarer than it should be.

The app is live now on Google Play and we've had good feedback from our users on the interface. Clean, fast, easy to navigate — which is exactly what we asked for.

Would I work with them again? Yes, already in talks for the next phase. That says enough.
